On the following pages you can fill out the form for applying for a permit for your waste management activity according to § 54 KrWG electronically step by step with the help of our assistant and then send it to the competent authority.

The following informations and documents are required:

• your company's waste management number(s) as a collector, transporter, broker or trader of waste (if already issued to you)
• the transaction number of your initial permission (only if you want to change an existing permission)

The following documents must be attached to the application. Please have them ready in the form of a PDF file with a maximum file size of 2 MB.

• your business registration (if there is an obligation to register a business)
• your proof of business insurance and environmental liability insurance (attached as PDF file) (if such insurance exists)
• proof of the professional competence of the persons responsible for the management and supervision of the enterprise
• an extract from the commercial register or an extract from the register of associations or an extract from the cooperative register (if an entry has been made)
• proof of motor vehicle liability insurance (if you wish to apply for a permit for the activities of collecting or transporting and the transport takes place on public roads)

The application must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. For example, the signature card used in the electronic waste verification procedure and the card reader used there can be used for this purpose.
